Reservation Policy and Other Relevant Information

The reservation amount will only be refunded, less bank fees, for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance.

For cancellations made between 30 and 7 days in advance, the guest will receive a credit of 50% of the deposit, to be used towards accommodations (subject to availability). Refunds of the deposit are not permitted.

For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, the guest will forfeit any refund from the hotel.

Rescheduling: A 10% fee will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, the guest will forfeit any refund from the hotel. The accommodation unit will be available for 24 hours, after which it may be resold.

In the event of a rescheduling, a one-night fee will be charged per apartment (subject to availability).

In case of early departure, the full package price will be charged.

Below is some important information:

Bring a pool towel, mosquito repellent, sneakers, light clothing, a cap or hat, sunscreen, and a camera.

There is no cell phone reception at the Inn. We recommend that, if necessary, you inform your relatives of your arrival when passing through the Serra do Cipó shopping center.

To reach the Inn by car from Praça da Estação in Belo Horizonte:

Follow the Linha Verde toward Lagoa Santa.
Follow MG 10 toward Conceição Mato Dentro.
After Camping Véu da Noiva, the last establishment in the Serra do Cipó shopping center, continue for 12 km and turn right onto the road that leads to the Inn. Google Maps link: http://goo.gl/maps/e0dJc

Buy a ticket at the Belo Horizonte bus station. Two companies offer this service:

BUY A TICKET TO ALTO PALÁCIO. ASK THE DRIVER TO STOP IN FRONT OF THE ROAD THAT GIVES ACCESS TO THE POUSADA BARRIGA DA LUA AT ALTO DO PALÁCIO.
ATTENTION!!! The Saritur bus to Serra do Cipó stops 12 km before the Pousada; you must request a ticket to Alto Palácio.
